Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you placed a pre-order, your product will be delivered as promised. Refunds are only granted if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for Ready-To-Wear items.

  • No exchanges or refunds on custom pieces, pre-made, or pre-order items.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item you received was incorrect.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Important Notes

  • Do not return items without confirmation from us.
